The U.S. Affiliates Registry was created to serve as a directory of individual U.S. alumni in Croatia and their existing associations, as well as of Croatian institutions, companies and organizations supported by the U.S. government.

What is the aim of the Registry?

The first of its kind, the aim of the Registry is to keep track of all the individuals, associations and institutions that have benefited from U.S. higher education, professional development and/or financial assistance, and enable the transfer of their knowledge and expertise to the Croatian public, business and civil sectors.

Currently, the information featured in the Registry is available only to the Institute for the Development of Education as coordinator of the U.S. Affiliates Community. Individual U.S. alumni or U.S. affiliated institutions can be contacted through public sections of the Online Community: Croatian U.S. Alumni and U.S. Affiliated Institutions and U.S. Affiliates Community Forum. Current Registry members are encouraged to update their profiles as often as they can.

Who can join the Registry?

– Croatian alumni of U.S. colleges and universities within and outside the U.S.:

Undergraduate; graduate; doctoral; postdoctoral programs;
Non-degree and short-term programs;
Professional development programs;

– Croatian alumni of U.S. government-sponsored programs, such as, but not limited to, the following:

Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program;
Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program;
Ron Brown Fellowship Program;
International Visitor Leadership Program;
Junior Faculty Development Program;
Other;

– Associations of Croatian alumni of the above mentioned programs;

– Croatian institutions, companies and organizations affiliated with the U.S. government and/or institutions involved in higher education.
